Terms of Service

Welcome to Kava Wellness, operated by Suzanne Kavanaugh Kelly, RMT, located at 10055 Grenville St, UNIT 4 RR RR1, St. Peter’s. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
Kava Wellness provides professional massage therapy services focused on clinical treatment and wellness. Services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

2. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate health information before treatment. Kava Wellness reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if a condition is contraindicated.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged 35%.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit, debit, or other approved payment methods.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid sessions may be refunded at Kava Wellness’s discretion.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client health and personal information are confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Massage therapy is a complementary wellness practice and not a substitute for medical treatment. Kava Wellness and Suzanne Kavanaugh Kelly, RMT, are not responsible for any adverse reactions beyond the scope of reasonable care.

7. Changes to Terms
Kava Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
